Protection Roses

Document Actions

This tool has been used for thousands of years. The rose represents a higher thought form, a higher form of energy. Roses help to:

  • Define your space and your energy field (who you are and who you are not; what you are responsible for and what you're not)
  • They are a high vibrational form of protection to prevent losing your energy or taking on someone else's.

How to set your roses:

From the center of your head, envision the edge of your aura/your energy field and bring it in to approximately 18 inches around your body.

Envision a large, beautiful, vibrant rose (to match your energy!) at each of 6 points around the body --above, below, left side, right side, behind and in front.

Ask the roses to ground (anchor the stems) to the center of the earth. Then connect the points so you are in your own space and bubble.

Notice and enjoy the quietness in your space and how relaxed and content you feel.

The practice is to consciously create new roses every day-- and to have all your energy inside your roses.

How to use roses to clear unwanted energy out of your space:

Be within your protection roses, fully grounded, and from the center of your head, envision a separate rose in the air outside your aura.

Ask that rose to begin collecting up energy that doesn't belong to you and/or does not serve you.

You may also ask for a rose to be in front of each chakra (1st - 7th), asking them to collect up energy that doesn't belong to you (which also can affect our well-being and our spiritual abilities).

When each rose is full, either explode or dissolve each, returning the energy collected to neutral energy.

At this point, envision a large gold sun above your head, and ask it to fill in the places where energy was released or lost, replenishing your space by spilling this light energy throughout. It will fill your body and aura completely: above, around, within, and below you.
